The Observatory needs to grow its donor base by building a diverse range of funders. To support its first five years of operation, the Observatory must raise a total of £2 million, which will cover the salaries of the director and four other full-time staff members, as well as fund its research programmes, events and other academic activities during this period.
The Observatory can be named after a donor willing to give a minimum of £200,000 per annum for the five-year period.
Those giving a total £100,000 or more can also name the director’s post or one of the two fellows. Significant benefactors may also be invited to become members of the board of advisers providing the opportunity to impact the programming of its activities. Those seeking publicity in the Spanish-speaking world will also benefit from the coverage of our events by El Pais.
